Double room

A good size spacious double room in a two bed rooms house. The room in a great condition ( just refurbished ) , you have access to a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine , living room and shared bathroom with one person ( me ) A work in oxford so most the time I am not present in the property, I come back in some weekends or when i am off, therfore i am looking for a reliable and professional person. Their is no broadband in the property, but can be arranged based on agreement. Central heating and Car park available of the road ( the area is safe and neighbourhood friendly) , the bills included
Nice area , there is nearby local shops and about 10 min walk to ASDA , Mc-Donald and Aldi , close to city centre about 20 min walk. Near bye bus stop .

The room will be furnished. looking for a professional and trustworthy , friendly person , clean and tidy.
