This will be your home, and you must also take your turn with general housekeeping duties including dealing with recycling and waste bins for doorstep collection, and keeping communal areas clean.

The shared facilities are :
-Kitchen: You will have use of a well-equipped kitchen with all the usual appliances you need- 2 electric cookers, 2 kitchen sinks, 2 fridge freezers, Bosch washing machine, microwave oven, plenty of allocated kitchen cupboard space.
-Shower Room: Shared with only 2 other housemates.
-Lounge: A communal lounge to socialise with your housemates, with a flat screen TV, 3 seater sofa, bar table & stools and dining table.
-Courtyard garden: When you need a bit of fresh air, the courtyard garden is a great outside space to relax in.
