agency, and maintain our property to a high standard.
Are you looking for a clean, well maintained house for your next home? We are looking for a like minded housemate to join a friendly CLEAN household, who mutually respect each other's space and the property. This is NOT a house for a "party venue"
You are expected to CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF.
This will be your home, and you are expected to take your turn with general housekeeping duties, including dealing with recycling and waste bins for doorstep collection, and keeping communal areas clean.

The shared facilities of this houseshare are :
-Lounge: A communal lounge to socialise with your housemates, with TV, a 3 seater sofa, bar table & stools and dining table.
-Kitchen: You will have use of a well-equipped kitchen with all the usual appliances you need - 2 electric hobs / 2 ovens, 2 kitchen sinks, 2 fridge freezers, Bosch washing machine, toaster, microwave oven, allocated kitchen cupboard space.
-Shower Room: Shared with only 2 other housemates.
-Courtyard garden: When you need a bit of fresh air, the courtyard garden is a great outside space to relax in.
