We have a downstairs double room at the front of the house, complete with a single bed, wardrobe and bedside table, a £100 holding deposit required to secure this room. It is the room in the video but it has now been painted in white washable paint and new grey carpet.

The house has a total of 4 rooms and a bathroom with bath and shower.

There is a shared area with sofa's. The kitchen has a modern cooker, a large fridge and freezer. There is a separate utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer (not included within rent) and a conservatory.

The house is a great location for buses into the town centre (5 min away) it has good road links and is near Abbey Park. There are local shops within 5 minutes walk

There is patio ideal for BBQs and a great garden to enjoy the evenings.

The rent includes utilities: council tax, gas, electric, water rates, wireless broadband (unlimted download 50mb), cleaner for communal areas and a gardener.

The washing machine is not included in the rent and is payable on each use, it takes on average £1:20 for a quick wash but depends on individual machine and cycle selected.
