Clarendon Park En-Suite Double Room

Lovely en-suite room in loft conversion with use of well equipped kitchen. You'll need to be fit for the two flights of stairs but it's an easy walk over the park to Leicester Uni & 20-30 minutes down New Walk to town. Queens Road shops, cafes and bars are within a stone's throw.
Previous lodgers have been academics, students & professionals and I'm currently sharing with James (post grad age 24), daughter Suzi (23) and Tod, our rather ancient Border Terrier. I'm semi-retired but actively playing violin and irish button accordion. I spend a lot of time away in my camper van at Folk music festivals so want someone sensible I can trust please :-)
