HOUSEMATE: I have. two rooms but can rent just one room. if this is the case, the flatmate will have sole use of the bathroom and toilet upstairs. Housemate must be professional, proof of work and references. Looking for someone who is respectful, and much have good hygiene and tidy. must be chilled/relaxed and friendly.

ROOM: Spacious clean double room. with wardrobe, computer desk area. Decorated to a good specification. House is victorian in style, with period features and high ceilings, yet cosy and comfortable. Ideally positioned - 5 minute walk to town, bus links, rail station (12 minutes) and supermarkets are nearby (3-5 minutes walk). Secure off road parking available.

THE HOME: large spacious accommodation, with access to modernised kitchen with breakfast bar./TV, laundry facilities, snug room and garden. There are pets so pet lovers is a must. (You may have a pet and this may be considered also). (A very friendly and loving cockapoo and cat - a British short-haired). Home is relaxed, good natured, sense of humour/positive and chilled. Live in host - who is peaceful, chilled, welcoming and sociable. Rent is £625 per month and small contribution towards Council Tax band D.
