Room to rent in house shared with landlady

Looking for clean and tidy professional person with their own life and interests. I own a cat but she is not allowed to roam around at night. Off road parking is available but the house is on a regular bus route to Loughborough, Leicester and Derby anf there are cycle paths along the A6 to Loughborough. There is a washing machine, microwave and oven in the kitchen and full access to dining room and TV in living room will be given as required. I work from home so I would be around most of the time.
