Catherine, 25, a Masters graduate working in Cancer Research, Jonathan, 23, a Geography graduate working as a building consultant, Phil, 27, who works for VW as a car Valet and Serban, 32 who is doing a masters in Economics.

The large room has a high quality king size bed, chest of drawers, Wardrobe, large desk.... and it is still spacious.

The house has been totally redecorated and re-fitted to a high standard with high quality fixtures and fittings. It has a IKEA kitchen with Smeg range cooker, Bosch washing machine and Bosch fridge freezer. The bath / shower room is new. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet have premium Italian ceramic flooring.
The house has a current Gas safety certificate.

I am looking for graduate professionals / post graduate tenants. Sadly I cannot offer the room to tenants on benefits.
