The Room:
Double room, available furnished or unfurnished. Available from December. The room looks out over the garden. The bedroom is on the middle floor of the property, with a bathroom and the other spare room (no one lives in this room, it’s a true spare room!) on this floor. You will have almost sole use of the bathroom (except if guests come to stay occasionally) as there is a toilet downstairs and I have an en suite on the top floor.
The House:
A fairly new build townhouse on the southern outskirts of Loughborough. Good links to the A6, and a short walk to a Costa and a supermarket. The house is down a quiet private road at the end of the estate.
The house has three bedrooms. The third bedroom has a sofa bed for occasional guests and some desk space, that can be used if working from home occasionally.
There is a bright kitchen diner with patio doors out to the garden, perfect for BBQs.
Off-road parking available.
There is a garage available for bikes etc.
Me:
I’m 37, working full time. I’m a bit of a granny - I’d prefer a Country pub over a night clubbing and a film and wine over a house party. I love this house, so I’ll need you to look after it! Non smoking.
You:
You will also be a non-smoker, preferably working full time, and not generally working from home (Although I’m willing to flex with this a bit).
The Money:
All bills are included. This will include phone and internet. I currently have Virgin Media TV, however, might change this when the contract is up. A months rent is required as a deposit. References will be required.
Monday to Friday let considered with rent negotiable in this circumstance.
