This is a lovely ensuite room part of the William Morris Accommodation (Run by Unite Students) with a toilet, sink and private shower. A 4ft small double bed with lots of under-bed storage, a desk with chair and shelves come with the room also.

Occupant has access to a shared kitchen with plenty of storage, a microwave, oven with electric hob, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle.

A washing machine and dryer is also accessible via the accommodation's reception.

There is super-fast broadband (Wifi or LAN cable) included free of charge. All maintenance costs such as water and electricity are included in the weekly cost.
