Large room available to rent in shared house in Loughborough. 15 minutes walk to town centre or university.

House is shared with 2 other people. House is pretty big, kept tidy, with a good sized living room and separate kitchen and dining room so easy to be social or keep to yourself. Ideal for older students, workers or young professionals.

All bills included, ideally I’d prefer 6 months contract but willing to accept short term rents over the summer
