I am a professional who works full-time looking for a person to share my home. I own a 2 bed terrace which is located centrally in Loughborough.
I share the house with 2, 4 year old cats. I’m clean and tidy and am easy to live with having shared my house with 2 previous tenants. You will have access to the following;
WiFi
Sky Q- separate box in bedrooms and the lounge
Parking (permit required)
Communal lounge, dinning room, front room, kitchen, bathroom and garden

In the room there is;
A double bed
2 cheat of draws
A wardrobe
Shelving unit
Desk
Sky Q box with entertainments package and Netflix
Also access to an attic room which can also be used.
