HI everyone , I am an experienced landlady with a few houses . I grew up in Loughborough but now live in London and practise as a Solicitor. I am also a mum !
I have a maintenance company that works for me and a trustee plumber and take great pride in letting good standard accommodation.
I invest heavily in the houses each year with this house benefitting from new living room furniture and a new floor last year. All the downstairs doors were changed and the house was painted white throughout.
This year the floors will be changed from the stairs upwards and the upstairs doors changed . I will also be putting a good sized tv in the communal living area.
Both shower room and bathroom ( one on each floor) were renovated to a good spec 2 years ago.
The house has a very spacious feel with two doubles located on each floor and a shower/bath room on each floor.
All rooms have a double bed , hanging space/wardrobe , desk and a chest . Many have benefitted from new mattresses. All rooms have blinds and some have frosting to give a very modern feel.
The communal kitchen has all amenities including a large fridge freezer , oven, hob microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
It is 5 minutes to the uni on your bike. There is a spacious garden and a bike rack . The house is 2 minutes from the local park and leisure centre with a huge swimming pool and very conveniently situated for bars and clubs if you enjoy the odd night out... That said it is on a very quiet residential street despite its proximity to all local amenities.
I appreciate not all of you can come and look at the house but I can offer Skype viewings and am here to help and give you as much information as you require.

Having fulfilled my requirements as a tenant over the past year, I have found that the Landlady has reciprocated this by taking appropriate responsibilities a landlord should. She is always easily contactable, quick to respond should you have any issues and is approachable in a way that I have not experienced with landlords before.
With regard to the house, I personally occupied a room upstairs which I was completely satisfied with. It was a generously sized room with plenty of natural light and several storage options. Overall, the house is a good size with everything you need and is located closely to the uni but also only a 5 minute walk to the nearest shops. A real benefit of the house is being provided with appliances such as a toaster, kettle and microwave as in the majority of student houses landlords will make you buy your own.
I would recommend the house and renting with Xxx to others.
