Would suit friendly person wanting to share : occupants are owner(female 60+) & a postgrad (26, Moldovan) employed in logistics & a recently graduated female social sciences student ( spanish) . Non smoking female preferred , tidy guy considered, graduate or mature minded. All bills are included in rent .
