I have a room available in a lovely 6 bed property on Moorhen Way within the Kingfisher estate; a 10-minute walk to the University! This includes the use of a separate office room downstairs and a large bathroom that is shared with only one of the other tenants right next to the bedroom! There is a great large kitchen with ample storage. There is also a large living room with plenty of sofa space as well as a well-maintained garden. The other 5 tenants (3 boys, 2 girls) are lovely people who are a pleasure to live with and would welcome you with open arms! £100 per week (Paid quarterly) plus bills. I am open to negotiation.
