Double room available in 2 bed flat

I am leaving my tenancy early and looking for someone to take over the lease, starting any time in the next few weeks (ideally before end Sep 2020) - the tenancy lasts until end June 2020. You would be sharing with a female student who is very friendly and tidy.

The room is small but well presented, with modern furniture, including a bed, wardrobe with drawers, desk and desk chair. There is also a lock on the bedroom door.

There is a large shared bathroom with shower over bath, and a very spacious living/dining/kitchen area that is fully furnished (inc. washing machine). The flat also has two storage cupboards.

The flat is in a nice area, close to Loughborough town centre and just a ten min walk to the student's union. It is on the first floor. There is free parking in a private car park.

I currently pay rent in 4 instalments (coinciding with student finance payments), but I'm sure monthly payments could be organised with the landlord if you preferred. Monthly it is £407, bills not included - the landlord gifts £150 towards the wifi (about half of the overall yearly cost).
