Thanks for looking at my ad :)

All rooms inclusive of gas, electric, water and council tax.

Based on a 6 months agreement the cost/room are:
- Double rooms, from £325
- Single rooms, from £300
- Single rooms (small) from £275
Above prices are BASED on SINGLE occupancy.
Couples in double rooms are accepted and depends on employment status, and house/room size. Couples in double rooms, subject to a rental supplement (tbc)

Can offer anything from 1 month to 1 year. Different prices based on how long the agreement last for, eg shorter terms are more per month, longer term are lower priced.

Rooms have internet, central heating, upvc windows, fridges, washing machines, good quality furniture/carpets, etc. most have off road parking too. Properties are located near town centre, and also close to the the university.
