Large luxury room and house practically to yoursel

Large luxury double room with lots of storage space. Room includes a TV and small settee. The accommodation would suit someone looking for their own space as the room is a good size and as landlord I am only home max one night a week if at all. The ideal housemate would be clean and tidy and expected to clean up after themselves. The house also enjoys a large garden space to the front and rear. And is situated in a very quiet part of the town. The rent is high for a room in a shared house however with all bills included the tenant is practically paying for a house to themselves.
