The room has been recently refurbished and furnished with lovely new furniture, including a king-sized bed and bedside drawers, a full length built-in wardrobe with a mirror door, a wide desk with drawers and shelves, a luxury chair, and a separate chest of drawers, as shown in the photos. Additionally, a small personal fridge, kettle, and iron can be provided if needed.
The room faces southeast, offering plenty of sunlight with a green view, and in a family intellectual environment.
The bathroom, newly renovated in blue, is conveniently located next to the room on the first floor of the house, with a separate toilet and sink on the ground floor.
The refurbished kitchen with a dining area is shared and fully equipped with all facilities, including a fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner. There is also additional storage space and areas for laundry.
The wide green garden features palm trees, a table and chairs, benches by a small pond with lilies, bicycle and luggage sheds, and front yard parking. Additionally, we offer bike or scooter hire if needed.
All bills, including council tax (band B), water, gas, and electricity, can be covered with a small extra payment of £19 per week. Unlimited superfast broadband is included.

If you prefer to rent the single room, it has also been recently refurbished and furnished with a modern handmade built-in wardrobe featuring mirrored sliding doors, 5 cabinets with shelves, 6 deep drawers, and a fitted desk with a chair. The room offers a warm and bright atmosphere with green views, natural wood flooring, and a single-double foldable IKEA sofa bed with under-bed storage and a bedside table wiith drowers
Council tax and utility bills can be met for just £15 per week, and free unlimited superfast broadband is included.
The ideal renter would be a non-smoking, pet-free, clean, and quiet student or professional, preferably male.
While no references are required, a high level of personal trust is important.
Please note that if one room is rented, we may not be looking for more tenants at the moment.
