Double Room in Loughborough

Hi! I’m Amy, a 46 year old working professional. I have a double room in my house in Loughborough available for rent from the 2nd November.

The house is located near Morrisons so convenient for the motorway (10 min drive), the university (5 min drive / 25 min walk) and not far from Loughborough town centre.

The room is decorated to a good standard and comes fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet). There is also a TV provided with access to Netflix and Prime. All bills included and there is plenty of free on street parking.

I work from home but spend 1-2 days per week in the office in London and am therefore not at home 1-2 evenings a week, which means you will have the house to yourself at times.

I do have a cat so you’ll need to be ok with pets. If you’d be happy to feed her when I’m not here that would be appreciated!
