Double Room in Loughborough

Hi! I’m Amy, a 47 year old working professional. I have a double room in my house in Loughborough available for rent from the 1st February 2026 through to the end of May 2026.

The house is located near Morrisons so convenient for the motorway (10 min drive), the university (5 min drive / 25 min walk) and not far from Loughborough town centre.

The room is decorated to a good standard and comes fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet). There is also a TV provided with access to Netflix and Prime. All bills included and there is plenty of free on street parking.

I work from home but spend 1-2 days per week in the office in London and am therefore not at home 1-2 evenings a week, which means you will have the house to yourself at times.
