Double Room Available in Excellent Location

I have a spacious double room available for a friendly doctoral researcher! The house is located in a quiet corner of the popular Kingfisher Estate, just a 5-10 minute walk from the university campus and Loughborough town centre. The room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers and shelving unit. There is shared use of the main bathroom, the living room and the kitchen. Outside, there is a lovely garden with patio area, a garage for bike storage, and an off-street parking space is also available if required.

We are a house of PhD students and are keen to find the right personality to join us. Obviously having a quiet environment for study and/or rest is really important, as is everyone contributing to keeping the house clean and tidy, but we'd also like somebody who is happy to have a friendly chat, watch tv/movies together, or enjoy a BBQ. An interest in sport (especially football) is a bonus too, as both of us are huge fans!

The room is £140 per week inclusive of all bills, and I am happy to be flexible with length of tenancy between 3-12 months to suit your requirements. Any other questions, please don't hesitate to message
