THE ROOM IS UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2025

I am doing a placement in Birmingham and I need someone to stay in my room for the meantime.

Rooms has:
● double-sized bed
● wardrobe
● drawer
● desk
● office chairs

You have 1 cabinet of your own in the kitchen

- dishwasher
- washing Machine
- spacious kitchen
- 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs)
- parking space outside of the house

Tenants are very nice and friendly, if there is anything they are more than happy to help.
The house is on a private street so the area is nice and quiet.

*ABOUT ME*

I am a student at Loughborough University and I've rented the room for a long time. I finished my univeristy year and I won't come back to Loughborough until 1st October 2025, when my placement finishes. So, I want the room to be occupied and taken care of over the period.
