I apologize to everyone who has been trying to contact me the last couple of weeks I've been working 14 days in a row and haven't had time to respond to all the requests. I will do my best to respond individually as soon as I can.

I am leaving the ad up for the people who i have not yet had time to respond to who may check in on the ad.

5 minute walk to CO-OP,
15 minute walk to Morrisons,
10-20 minute walk to university (dependent on department)
5 minute walk to the hospital,
5 minute walk to schools.
Near to bus stops, and very well set up for bicycles.
On-street parking is available outside the property.

The current house mate is moving country and she will be moving out by the end of September.

The room is furnished and has a built-in cupboard with wired ethernet and broadband. room is fitted with high-security 5-lever mortise locks. The house has 24-hour CCTV.

There are 2 outhouses. One with an outside toilet, one with the washing machine & dryer. House is centrally heated and has great shower water pressure and temperature. The kitchen is fitted with all the needed equipment. 1 Dry store cupboard, 1+2 freezer shelves per person (1 indoor freezer, 1 outdoor freezer), and 1/2 a fridge per person.

A spacious garden and patio are in the back of the property, with a Barbeque, hot tub, and a shared living/dining room. Lovely neighbors on each side, and are in a safe area.

All bills are included (Electricity, gas, water, TV license, council tax, internet, cleaning supplies, toilet roll).

Non-smokers only, single occupancy per room.
Would suit a PhD student or young professional.
