Spacious, fully furnished town house in great location being close to the town centre (5 mins from cinema, restaurants, supermarkets, etc) and train station, yet in a quiet location with on-street parking.

The room that is available is on the second floor to the rear of the property so is very quiet. It's bright and recently refurbished to a high standard and includes laminate flooring, great study space, large mirrored wardrobe (with loads of storage space) and white decoration. Comes with bed, memory foam mattress with headboard, bedside table and chair.

You will share a bathroom with ONE other girl only and there are all mod cons in the kitchen including washing machine, microwave, lots of cupboard space, etc.

All rooms are let on a single person occupancy only basis so you'll only be sharing with 3 other housemates.

Small, very manageable private south facing garden to the rear of the property.

Current housemates are quiet and considerate so we're looking for a clean and sociable person who wants the same. This is a good thing :-). A cleaner will be employed to cleaned the ground floor communal spaces.
