Room for let - Paget Street

Hi there all,

We’re looking for a housemate to join us for the 2024-25 academic year. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to fill the last room as our friend has got placement sorted, so we have one downstairs large room for rent. The house is currently being refurbished top to bottom and will be ready to move in from the end of September. Although, move in is later, you are paying only £4800 with bills for the year which runs till the 30th of June 2025. We are 3 male housemates studying Mechanical engineering, Computer Science and Geography and are looking for a friendly fourth person that is clean, reliable and non problematic.
