This is a 4 bed student house in the golden triangle of Loughborough, located half way between town and university. It has a large kitchen/lounge social space, with flatscreen TV and comfortable sofas.
All rooms have double beds and come fully furnished, at £109/week bills inclusive. There is a massive attic bedroom which is nice and private.
1 room is slightly smaller, but still has a double bed in it. That is available at £104/week.
Included in the price is all energy (gas/electric/water) and tv license. There is £250 contribution to the broadband.
