Looking for someone to take the en-suite bedroom in my 2 bed flat. Ideally looking for an athlete/professional/masters/phd type if possible. Due to my job you can’t be an undergrad student unfortunately! I’ve only just moved in myself and haven’t brought all of my stuff down so the flat looks a bit bare but you get the jist from the pictures.

Flat consists of: Large open plan living area, 2 double bedrooms (1 en suite) and 2 toilets/bathrooms. Fair bit of cupboard space as well. All modern/high spec, underfloor heating throughout etc.
