I own and live in the property with my very friendly (and i like to think obedient) small/medium dog. It is a 4 bedroom property and I am looking to rent the 2 rooms on at the top of the house. The 2 tenants will have their own living room space and primary access to the main bathroom as I have my own bathroom as well as access to the kitchen and garden.
