Hello,
I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy, I am looking to move out as the current property is too far away from my place of work and I require somewhere closer in order to navigate. My housemates are very sociable and friendly so will be an easy fit in. You will take over my space also, which is one large cupboard to yourself, and a freezer cabinet. There is also a large bulk freezer for additional frozen goods. There is also bills included (NO CAP), including gas, electricity and Wi-Fi which is of a good speed. This listing is so that I can find interested people who are suitable and have them takeover not to rent through openrent.
The room is at the back of the house near the kitchen. In the attached video it is shown at 0:40 in.
Requirements:
Student (full time with proof)
Ideally aged less than 30
Able to pay 3 months rent upfront
Deposit of £300
The tenancy agreement works on a three to three month basis in paying rent, so three months are paid in one go. The tenancy ends on the 25th June 2025.
Please do get in contact for viewings, I am full time in work so can arrange weekends, and Friday evenings.
