Kitchen has all amenities as expected, including microwave. Good size living room with flat screen TV on wall, 2 bathrooms and separate toilet. Mixture of ages. House is lovely and well maintained, landlord very friendly and helpful. Having to leave due to ill health. Landlord happy to show students who are serious. 15min walk to campus, a little further to town. Nearby nature places, good for runners. Drive to front of house
