The house, a very recently renovated victorian house, is located in the center of Loughborough at 600 meters from the campus and 200 meters from Sainsbury's (Loughborough main supermarket).
It is a 6-student sharehouse with 6 bedrooms, a big and very well equipped kitchen (2 meters fridge, 2 meters freezer, 2 ovens, dishwasher, 4 cooking hobs), a large living room with a large table, sofa, TV, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilets, a laundryroom with washing machine and tumble dryer and a garden.

The room, 12 square meters, is located on the first floor and is equipped with a double bed with mattress, a chair, a desk, a cupboard and a tv. It is very bright thanks to 2 windows with store.

The room is available from the 1st of February until the 30th of June.
The rent is 150£ per week bill included (wifi, water, heating, electricity). A bike is available to ease moving.
