Looking for a replacement tenant as I am leaving university and will no longer be in Loughborough.
The room is a private room, with an en-suite bathroom, and a shared kitchen. The accommodation is a 5-10 minute walk from the town centre, about 2 minutes away from Tesco, Sainsbury's and other shops, and a 20 minute walk from the university.
The kitchen is very spacious with lots of storage in the cupboards, fridges and freezers, also includes 3 sofas. The bathroom facilities are also very good, including a power shower. I have included a picture of the room layout, and other details about the room/flat below. Flatmates are all really nice and tidy, ages ranging from 18-25.
