The room is totally on the ground floor as it is in a bungalow so could be used for a disabled person or
for someone who struggle with stairs.

There is access to your own part of the garden with use of table and chairs.

There is a fridge / freezer, kettle, microwave, dishes, cutlery and many other things in the room,

There is a wardrobe, bedside tables, bookcase, set of drawers, blanket storage and double divan bed..

The monthly rent is for a single occupancy. A double occupancy would be £100 per calendar month extra.

A damage deposit of £450 is required, along with a full month's rent at the start of the tenancy.

Two references are required for stays over 1 month.

Viewing can be arranged with the Landlady.
