Housemate wanted for a 5 bed house (4 girls atm)

This is a student house so we are all going to be in the second year of uni when we live there, we are looking for a Loughborough University student who's nice and won't mind people round the house or musical instruments being played (we have someone on a committee and people who play instruments). Overall, we are just looking for someone nice, clean and likes a chill environment.
