Double bedroom in student household

Double bedroom available in a house of 5. We are 4 male postgraduate students looking for a 5th member with similar interests and clean. We all enjoy sports and the occasional night out, with us doing various degrees in engineering, business and graphic design. The room available is £576.33 per calendar month with bills included and we have a shared kitchen, living room and conservatory. There is 1 bathroom and an extra toilet in the conservatory. We have off road parking however we already are using the spaces but the road is all free parking outside the house. Rent is half rent until September.
