Hey everyone!! We’ve recently had a housemate drop out of uni for the 25/26 year. We are looking for someone to take over their tenancy starting ASAP. We are 3 girls living on Chestnut Street in a lovely 4 bed house, where we are paying £640 per month including bills. The house is in a prime location, only a 8 minute walk from Campus, and 5 mins from Lboro town! We have 2 bathrooms and a lovely open plan downstairs area, with access to a spacious garden!
We are all third years so will be prioritising work but also love being social and going out :)
