I'm a current second-year student looking for a replacement tenant to take over my accommodation here at Foundry 1 in Loughborough, as I may not be renting this space out for the full academic year and only for the rest of 2025.

This accommodation features a 3/4 bed, a communal TV, a lockable bedroom, and CCTV. In addition, all relevant amenities, such as central heating, common room, Wi-Fi, etc, are included as well.

I have rented this accommodation out for £145 a week, with the tenancy ending on the 24th July 2026. Rent is paid in 4 instalments. The first (28/08/2025) and second (01/10/25) rent instalments have already been paid, with the third (28/01/26) and fourth (28/04/26) yet to be paid later. This accommodation is a 20-25 minute walk to the university and train station.
