Free room for female student in house for 26/27

We’re looking for a female uni student for our house for next year. 2 of us are swimmers doing integrated masters degrees in Natural Sciences and Product Design Engineering respectively. One of us does ballet and studies chemistry. We don’t go out often, none of us drink/smoke/vape, and we like living in a clean environment. Because of our busy schedules we would prefer similarly academic, sporty-ish people who clean up after themselves and won’t keep us up when we have morning training. We have 4 bedrooms in total, 3 bathrooms (2 shared, 1 is ensuite - that room is occupied), living room with tv and xbox, large kitchen equipped with washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Overall, we’re kind, calm, honest people, who work hard and like to have fun. If interested please respond asap :)
