I am a female postgraduate student, looking for a female flatmate in 2 bedroom, totally refurbished flat.
Short or long-term letting. The flat is Sovereign Court on Victoria Street. It is a gated, secure accommodation that includes bike racks inside.
Two minutes walk from Market Street, town centre, right next to Bedford Square post office along with pubs such as the Jam gardens one Street across.
Around a 20 minute walk from campus.

Your bedroom:
South facing window, with a double bed, 2 desks in an L-shape with drawers, double size wardrobe, chest of drawers and extra storage drawer under bed, vanity desk with a mirror and a drawer. Lamps, door hangers, shelves.

Bathroom:
Bath/ shower with wall plenty of storage shelves and drawers hooks. Livingroom: 2 large sofas, TV, and coffee tables.

Kitchen:
Large kitchen includes an island with stools, American style fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Air fryer, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, Thermomix, filtered kettle etc, lots of cabinets all for shared use.

Hallway:
Entrance way with keys storage, mirror and plenty of coat hangers.

Utility room has extra storage shelves, coat hangers, hoover, iron desk for a share use.
