I'm looking for someone to takeover my deluxe ensuite room for the rest of the 25/26 academic, as I will be moving out in December due to personal and unforeseen circumstances that are out of my control.

This accommodation is perfect for those wanting to live in town. All amenities, including water, electricity, and broadband, are included when renting this property. Council tax exemption is also included, provided that you send proof of council tax exemption.

I have paid of 2/4 installments as a current tenant. The tenancy ends in 24th July 2026, but it's possible to negotiate an extension of tenancy with the landlord.
