Beautiful, spacious Victorian house

The house is within easy walking distance of Loughborough university. There is a high standard of decoration and furnishing in a very spacious double bedroom with broadband. Shower and toilet facilities would be shared with one other tenant. There is a pleasant garden and parking on driveway. There are usually 2 students, often post graduates, as well as the landlady. Both landlady and her husband are around every other weekend. The landlady is a teacher and so is often away during school holidays.
