Description
Looking for a friendly, mature flatmate to join me in a spacious three-bed home in a quiet residential street in central Loughborough (M&S is 2 min away)
You’ll be sharing with me, a Higher Education professional working remotely. I did my PhD at Loughborough University so am especially open to connecting with doctoral candidates, visiting researchers and other academic staff.
I really value building friendships in flatmate dynamics, so I’m hoping to find someone who appreciates that too. I'm still friends with those I've lived with in the past, so that's an important element for me. I tend to get on well with those who've got an international perspective.
The room available is a large double room with lots of built-in wardrobe space. It overlooks the front of the house, so gets lots of morning sunlight. Friends who have stayed over often remark how quiet it is, and what a great night sleep they get.
There is easy access to the city centre, train station, university and the Grand Union canal from the doorstep. This location is suitable for those reliant on public transport. Parking is available via permit from the local council at £50 per year.
If you’re friendly, easy-going, and looking for a long-term home in a meat-free, pet-free and smoke/vape-free household, I’d love to hear from you!
If this caught your eye, please don’t hesitate to reach out! 😊
Council Tax Band B
(Weekly rates available at £200 per week for those seeking shorter-term accommodation. Monthly rates apply based on a minimum of 3 months.)
