I’m looking for a clean, respectful and easygoing flatmate to share a well-kept flat. The room is bright and comfortable, and the flat is located right on the canal with a lovely canal view. Parking is available, and all bills are included in the monthly rent, making it simple and hassle-free.

I’m ideally looking for someone in their third year or a postgraduate student, as I’m studying a Masters degree myself, so the flat is ideally a relaxed and quiet place to live during the week. I’d like someone who is considerate, keeps shared spaces clean, and contributes to a positive living environment.

This flat would suit someone who enjoys their own space but is also friendly, easy going, and up for a good time now and then. It is only a 9 month tenancy which makes it so much cheaper!
