5-min Walk to Campus! Take over/Short Term

I am looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 2-bedroom house as I am relocating for personal reasons.

Availability: From mid-May or early June until October 31st (Option to renew the contract with the agency afterwards).

Location: Outstanding location! Only a 5-minute walk to Loughborough University and less than 10 minutes to Sainsbury’s.

House Structure: A 2-story house with a separate living room and kitchen on the 1st floor, and bedrooms/bathroom on the 2nd floor. (not en-suite)

Room Condition: The room is officially unfurnished, but I can leave my furniture (bed, wardrobe, etc.) for a small, negotiable price. The living room is already fully equipped with a sofa and dining table.

Housemate: You will be sharing the house with one male Loughborough student. He is very quiet and a bit of a homebody, making the house a very peaceful place to live.

Rent: £500 per month (Bills not included).

Deposit: Approx. £576.90
