I have one room available in my 2bedroom flat in Loughborough. The room is furnishedwith a bed, wardrobe, desk We share the kitchen, bathroom and living room.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful female flatmate who is a student or working professional. The current flatmates are professional and we keep the flat tidy and friendly.

Rent is £450pcm including] bills and internet. Council tax band [A/B/C/D]. Available from September onwards on a 12 month contract.
