Sharing with only 2 other.... Pete a university researcher (he only stays 3 nights a week) and Sam a carpenter. The house is clean and tidy! Both guys look after the place. The house is very quiet and calm! I am hope to let this room to someone who is also clean and quiet!

The house had a new boiler recently and has a gas safety certificate. There is an attractive rear garden with lawned area.
.The train station is 8 minutes walk away, the town centre 6 minutes. Tesco and Sainsbury's within 8 minutes walk.

The room is furnished with a nearly new high quality double bed. A brand new chest of drawers and wardrobe. The room is newly decorated. The room is in very good condition, an aerial point and has very fast wifi access.

This room is for a none smoker only. Single occupancy.
