Room to rent in Loughborough

Centrally heated room in semi-detached house on Derby Road, near Hathern. Parking for a car but close to a bus stop too. There are two dogs in the house and I have a large garden which is unfenced so any sharer will need to make sure they watch the dogs if they let them out. The garden opens out into fields and we only have one house next to us. Would like a quiet sharer who will respect my privacy as I will theirs. The bathroom, kitchen and living room will be shared. The room has a comfortable double bed and overlooks the garden and the fields. Being at the back of the house it's also quite quiet. The house is next to the A6 but the road is very quiet at night. The room will suit someone who wants somewhere quiet to live, it's not a party pad, although this isn't to say there are never parties or bbqs here. There is also a music festival right next to the garden in August and this year it will be over two days for the first time. The organisers are very considerate and do their best to make sure there is minimum disruption to us. I have a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer which can all be used whenever you like. At the moment the room is painted white with black paintwork, but the tenant is welcome to paint in any colour. I would also be willing to drop the rent to £350 a month if someone would like to bring their own furniture.

Although I am 48, I have a young outlook, I listen to metal music, have a good sense of humour and am quite easy going.
