Large double room available

The house is situated a 20 minute walk to the university, 10 minute walk from the train station, and a 5 minute walk into the centre of town with many amenities close by; there is a bus stop 2 minutes from the house that takes you straight to town and through the university. There are 2 corner shops within 2 minutes walk and a large Tesco's just 5 minutes walk away.

For those with a car, there is parking on the street available with a permit between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday; outside of that, it's free.

Currently there are 4 males and myself living in the property; there are 2 bathrooms with a bath and shower and 2 toilets, one large shared kitchen, one shared living room and of course the room available is larger than average with all bills included; council tax, electricity, gas, broadband, water rates, TV licence and anything else you can think of, it's all covered.

The room itself has been kitted out with all new furniture and is on the middle floor overlooking the back garden. It also includes a small walk in wardrobe and a separate lock and key.

The house has been finished with all brand new mod cons, and the kitchen comes complete with a washing machine, large shared fridge, gas hob and oven and grill with plenty of storage space.
The living room has a 32 inch flatscreen TV and Virgin Media broadband and TV package and plenty of leather seating.

The guys are great fun, always around in the evenings so as a girl living with them it has been great, but males or females are both welcome.
