Large room in quiet warm friendly house

A large furnished double room on Hastings Street, near Sainsbury's, the Uni, places of transport and the centre of Loughborough is available mid April. There are 3 guys in there who are all quiet, tidy and professional. They really do keep the place immaculate. They come from across Europe and often gather to chat and to cook. There is a shared kitchen area and new modern bathroom. There is also a courtyard area, cellar and bike shed for storage. I would like someone who will fit in and want to stay and be part of the household.
