Rooms available in two houses (semi detached) in loughborough. 5 mins walk to town centre, easy access to university.

All rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. Both houses are up to regulation standard with fire systems, emergency lighting, fire doors etc.

A shared, fully fitted kitchen is available in each house, including cookers/washing machines etc.

Rooms vary from time to time, with some being "on-suite" when available. Please ask for prices and availability.

All rooms come fully furnished, including Beds, Television, Microwave, kettle, fridge, wash basin and fully central heated.

All room have Broadband Internet Access.

All bills are included.

On street parking permits can be arranged on request.

Current tennants are a mixture of nationalities, and some of these have been very long term ie, 5 years or more.

The very friendly landlord has owned, and been running these premises for over 35 years, and is of Spanish Origin. (Tennerife)
