Hi! Due to my flatmate moving out next month, I am looking for someone to take over his room.

The flat is located in Barnsdale Close, a quiet area close to Loughborough city centre.

The whole flat comprises of a large kitchen/living room, a spacious bathroom, two bedrooms (double beds) and two storage areas. Views to the canal from all windows.

I am a 26 years old male professional working in Loughborough. I am quite easygoing and friendly. Although I am always busy with own life, I also like to have a chat with my flatmates and maybe watch a movie or something.

The price of the room without utilities is £290. Professionals or postgraduate students preferred.
